Inulin: extraction from Cichorium Intybus (chicory) / Helianthus tuberosus (sun) root. Alpha-Glucan Oligosaccharide: enzymatic polymerisation from sucrose and maltose involving glucosyl transferase. The sucrose is extracted from Beta Vulgaris (sugar beet). The maltose is extracted from Triticum Vulgaris (wheat). The enzyme is derived from malt.
