- Y45 with a pH of 4.5 and tart, robust yogurt flavor
- Y50 with a pH of 5.0 and mild, milky yogurt flavor
- G60 with a tart, robust Greek yogurt flavor and higher protein content
- Y100 with a tart, robust yogurt flavor that also meets the CFR for lowfat yogurt prior to drying
