Preparation: Weigh water in side kettle, under mixing add rest of Phase A and mix for 30 minutes. Add phase B to phase A and heat to 75-80°C. Add phase C to combined phase AB at 75-80°C Weigh Phase D in main kettle equipped with homogeniser and heat to 75-80°C. Micro-pulverise phase E and combine to phase D. Add phase F to phase DE. Combine phase ABC to phase DEF and mix for 15 minutes. Cool to 60°C and add phase G and mix for 15 minutes.
