Preparation:
In side kettle, weigh water; under phase A mixing, add Magnesium Aluminum Silicate and Butylene Glycol, mix for 15-30 minutes. Add phase B to phase A and heat to 75-80°C. Add phase C to combined phase AB @75-80°C. In main kettle, equipped with homogeniser, weigh phase D and heat to 75-80°C under homogenisation. Micro-pulverise phase E and add to phase D, mix until all dispersed. Add phase F to combined phase DE and mix well. Add combined phase ABC to phase DEF (main kettle) @75-80°C under homogenisation. Mix for 15 minutes. Cool to 60°C and add phase G, mix for 10 minutes. Cool to 25°C.
