Quimex is a product used as an additive in foods that are highly specialized that require high purity and low impurities, is used for making tortillas or flour, it helps regulate pH, inhibition of fungus, moho or yeast in addition to providing better quality final product color. Mason's Pre-Blend



Super Limoid SA® Mason's Lime is a fine-grind, white, high-purity dolomitic lime, pressure hydrated for immediate use. When properly combined with portland cement and sand, it creates a lime mortar having superior performance and ageless durability. SUPER LIMOID® SA Mason’s Lime is specially formulated to develop high plasticity and excellent water retention. The formulation permits a controlled volume of minute air bubbles to mix with the mortar. This entrained air goes completely through the mix and takes the water with it. The result is a deeply penetrating mortar that handles easily and contributes to better masonry construction at lower cost.

Bondcrete

Pulverized lime is a specially milled quicklime product for various metallurgical, industrial, chemical and agricultural applications. Final product size is milled to less than 100-mesh. Pulverized lime is also available with an additive for enhanced handling and flowability. High-calcium quicklime is lime made from rich deposits of high-calcium limestone containing less than 5% magnesium carbonate. Calcium oxide (CaO), commonly known as lime or quicklime, is a widely used chemical compound. It is a white, alkaline, and crystalline solid. High-calcium quicklime provides superior chemical performance. It will deliver exceptional performance for acid-neutralization, SO2-absorption, sludge-stabilization or other industrial-alkali applications.

Quimex 95 is a product used in an infinity of specialized chemical processes that are encompassed in: pharmaceutical products such as toothpaste and excipient in medicines; processes and preservation of food products such as dairy products, flours and food additives; manufacture of a wide variety of chemical compounds used as raw materials and products for industrial use such as lubricating greases for high and low temperatures, additives for plastics, fillers and waterproofing agents for construction, de-icing products for roads among others.

AOD lime is specifically processed to meet the demands of the specialty-steel markets. Our AOD-grade quicklime is characterized by low carbon and sulfur contents while retaining exceptionally high reactivity.

Mason's Pre-Blend® Type N is the mortar type used for applications where medium compressive strength is required. Type N mortar is normally specified for exposed masonry and non-reinforced load-bearing walls above grade, chimney construction, parging and pointing. Mason's Pre-Blend® is a high-quality, factory-blended mortar product consisting of portland cement conforming to ASTM C150 and Type S dolomitic hydrated lime conforming to ASTM C207. This product is formulated to provide excellent bond strength while allowing for superior workability and board life.

Chemical lime production begins with the selective mining of chemically pure CaCO3. Throughout the manufacturing process, carefull monitor process control to produce a high-calcium quicklime that is highly reactive and has an exceptionally high particle surface area.
