Moroccan Chermoula is the classic Moroccan marinade for fish, chicken and lamb. This mildly spiced North African version of a mojo combines the flavors of garlic and spices, olives, capers and lemon juice to enhance the flavor of fish and meats for grilling and roasting. May be used as a marinade or a sauce.

Egyptian Mint Pesto is a refreshingly delicate blend of fresh mint and walnuts with a hint of honey for sweetness. Not intended as a marinade, but a great fresh condiment drizzle on a salad or create a dressing, toss over vegetables, accompany grilled lamb, or dress up a sandwich. Caribbean Jerk Marinade is a authentic ingredients that is carefully selected and prepared to produce this island favorite. It is a complex blend of twenty-seven ingredients including fresh ginger, chilies, lemongrass and a generous array of freshly toasted spices. We even added fresh curry leaves, a unique tropical ingredient native to India. The curry is a relatively mild and slightly sweet curry paste with predominant coconut tones. Extending with coconut milk produces an authentic South Indian curry perfect as a sauce base for seafood or chicken, as a seasoning in stews or as a marinade.
