GreenChemicals SPA MB EVA DETO 41 is a thermal stable masterbatch based on organic bromine compounds with an added synergist. MB EVA DETO 41 with high bromine content and Antimony Trioxide is supported by an EVA matrix to improve dispersion and homogeneity. MB EVA DETO 41 shows a very high UV resistance and total absence of blooming effect.

GreenChemicals SPA MB EMBA DETO 41 is a thermal stable masterbatch based on organic bromine compounds with an added synergist. MB EMBA DETO 41 with high bromine content and Antimony Trioxide is supported by an EBA/EMA matrix to improve dispersion and homogeneity. MB EMBA DETO 41 shows a very high UV resistance and total absence of blooming effect. MB EMBA DETO 41 is developed for use in PBT.

GreenChemicals SPA MB PP BATO 21 is a flame retardant masterbatch, containing a low melting brominated flame retardant, combined with an antimony trioxide synergist in a PP matrix. MB PP BATO 21 has good resistance to UV radiation and excellent thermal stability. Its excellent electrical properties makes it ideal for cable applications. MB PP BATO 21 is mainly used in polymers such as polyolefins, particularly for polypropylene, high-impact polystyrene (HIPS), and elastomers. It guarantees very good dispersion and high flame retardant activity, even at low dosage.

GreenChemicals SPA GC D HF41 CE is a halogen-free flame retardant formulation developed for styrenic resins. GC D HF 41 CE provides excellent flame retardant properties and allows high processing temperature. GC D HF 41 CE contains a synergist that enables a decrease in the total amount of flame retardant content in final compound. GC D HF 41 CE is a highly concentrated product. GC D HF 41 CE meets RoHS legislation and does not contain SVHC substances. Recommended dosage is 2-8% depending on the used polymer.

GreenChemicals SPA MB PE DETO 31 is a thermal stable masterbatch based on organic bromine compounds with an added synergist, developed for polyolefins. MB PE DETO 31 with high bromine content and Antimony Trioxide is supported by a polyethylene matrix to improve dispersion and homogeneity. MB PE DETO 31 shows a very high UV resistance and total absence of blooming effect. MB PE DETO 31 has a wide range of applications: Styrenics, polyolefins and ETP. The percentage of dosage of MB PE DETO 31 depends on the polymer in which it is used.

GreenChemicals SPA GC PP HF 200 is a flame retardant based on phosphorus and Nitrogen, free of halogens and antimony. Fire retardant properties are based on an intumescent system. GC PP HF 200 application results in compounds with delayed flame propagation and is used in PP homopolymers and copolymers, PP modified with elastomers, all density PE and other thermoplastic elastomers olefins. GC PP HF 200 has many advantages: high thermal stability, low alteration of the physical-chemical properties of compounds and excellent processability in extrusion and injection molding. GC PP HF 200 formulation is free of corrosion problems, due to the absence of halogenated components.

GreenChemicals SPA GC PIPER is a halogen free environmentally friendly flame retardant containing N and P. GC PIPER has a high thermal stability and a high decomposition temperature . GC PIPER provides excellent flame retardant properties with low smoke emission.

GreenChemicals SPA GC PP HF 1000 is an environmentally friendly halogen free flame retardant based on phosphorus and nitrogen. Fire retardant properties are based on an intumescent system. GC PP HF 1000 is particularly suitable for applications in PP and PE products. GC PP HF 1000 has good flame retardant effect, low smoke, good dispersibility, and small influence on the mechanical properties.GC PP HF 1000 does not contain heavy metals and any anti-dripping agent.
