- Surface Preparation / Application
All surfaces must be clean and free from dust, wax, dirt, grease, oils, curing compounds, sealers or any other bond breaking contaminate. Concrete surfaces must be cured for 28 days and free from efflorescence and not subject to hydrostatic pressure, All concrete slabs must have a broomed or brushed finish. All plywood flooring must be structurally sound and meet all ANSI requirements. Prior to insdtallation tile and adhesive should be stored at 68° F / 28° C for a minimum of 24 hours.

Square foot coverage per gallon (per 3.78l).
- 1/8” x 1/8” v-notch trowel for up to 6” (15cm) tiles 65 - 75 s. ft. (6.04m² / 6.97m²)
- 3/16” x 5/32” v-notch trowel for up to 6” (15cm) tiles 40 sq. ft - 60 sq. ft. (3.7m²/ 5.6m²)
- 1/4” x 1/4” x 1/4” sq. notch trowel for up to 12” (30cm) tiles 15 sq. ft. - 25 sq. ft. (1.4m² / 2.3m²)

Back buttering may be required, coverage will vary based on tile type and substrate.
- Installation
All installations must be in accordance with the most current TCNA (Tile Council of North America) Handbook for Glass, Ceramic & Stone tile installation.
- With using a standard notched trowel (trowel selection based on tile size and application) apply adhesive with sufficient thickness to ensure proper adhesion. (coverage should be a min. of 80% of the tile surface)
- With the flat edge of the trowel spread the Wall Bond Adhesive on to the substrate, With the notched side of the trowel comb the surface to achieve a uniform setting bed.
- Set tiles into wet adhesive and move tiles back and forth to set tile evenly.
- Clean tile promptly using clean potable water.
- Wash hands & clean tools with clean potable water while adhesive is still wet.
Note: Do not apply more adhesive that can be covered with in 30 - 45 minuets, if adhesive skins over re-trowel surface before setting tile. It is the responsibility of the installer to prepare the substrate properly to ensure adequate adhesion.
- Limitations
- Not for use in steam rooms, shower floors or substrates containing asbestos.
- Do not use on exterior walls, floors or areas subject to standing water or water submersion.
- Do not apply over metal, chip board, luan, gypsum patching compounds, water proof membranes, metal or any dimensionally unstable surfaces.
- Not for use on floor tiles large than 10” x 10”.
- Not for use to set bathroom fixtures (grab bars or accessories).

Health Precaution - Greenmaker Industries Wall Bond Professional Wall & Floor Adhesive,as with any chemical construction product, exercise care when handling.
- Warning - Causes eye and skin irritation.
Safety Precaution - Wash hands thoroughly after handling. Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection.
First Aid
- Eye Contact - Immediately flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 to 20 minutes. Ensure adequate flushing of the eyes by separating the eye lids with fingers. Get immediate medical attention.
- Skin Contact - Immediately wash skin with plenty of soap and water for at least 15 to 20 minutes, while removing contaminated clothing and shoes. Get medical attention if irritation develops or persists.
- Inhalation - If inhaled, remove to fresh air. If not breathing give artificial respiration or give oxygen by trained personnel. Seek medical attention immediately.
- Ingestion - If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Call a physician or a poison control center immediately. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.
Spills - Contain and collect in an appropriate container. Uncured material may be removed with water.
Disposal - Dispose of in accordance with local, state or federal regulations.
Warning - Keep container closed when not in use. Keep out of the reach of children. Not for internal consumption. For industrial use only.
