exGrape Color is a natural coloring grape anthocyanins (E163) is a natural pigment belonging to the polyphenol family - are extracted from the skin of black grapes, offering color shades ranging from bright red to purple. This natural dye from grapes is particularly present in grape varieties planted around the Mediterranean.

MCR SUCRAISIN® Rectified Concentrated Must is made from demineralized and concentrated grape juice. With a predefined and stable concentration, the MCR allows easy use and easy dosing, appreciated by wine makers. The rectified concentrated musts are produced in a modern and dedicated industrial unit, strategically located in the heart of the largest industrial vineyard in Europe to ensure permanent availability and strong competitiveness for our range.

exGrape Grap'Sud offers a range of tannins extracted from the skin and seeds of white grapes. Specially selected, they are purified using suitable techniques, in particular preserving their anti-oxidant properties. In the exGrape ® TANNIN range , some products are naturally rich in grape polysaccharides.

L’AIGO ARDENTO is the marcs that are distilled just after their natural fermentation in order to preserve the original aromas that give all its typicality of this brandy. Aging is operated after a analytical and sensory selection of best batches of brandy. It is made in barrels of oak which allows "breathing" natural through the wood of the barrels. So the aromatic bouquet is refined and our water life takes on its beautiful amber color.

ROIS DE MAJORQUE is a Marc brandy that was born from a process of distillation of the grape marc beforehand fermented. It is this fermentation, as well as aging in oak barrels, which allows to obtain many aromas and give fuller, rounder eaux-de-vie with beautiful amber colors.

It is a complex assembly of organic compounds mainly of ethyl octanoate, ethyl decanoate and ethyl dodecanoate. The so-called white wine lees essential oil is characterized by fruity aromas as well as syrupy and butyric facets resulting from the typicity of white grapes from Alsace.It has a full traceability.
