About Us

GRP Ltd, established in 1974, is among the most recognized manufacturer of reclaimed rubber from used tires, upscaled polyamide from nylon waste and engineered products die-cut from end-of- life tires. The company operates 5 business verticals (Reclaim Rubber, Industrial Polymers, Custom Die Forms, Retreading, Rubber Composite) with 8 manufacturing units across India with an installed capacity to handle 72,000 MT per annum to service the needs of the global polymer industry and help save valuable resources of the planet. GRP has a highly structured Integrated management system consisting of IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 for all its reclaim rubber manufacturing units. Reclaim Rubber products are also all REACH Certified for EU Zone.GRP is a publically traded company listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange since four decades. GRP EPDM RECLAIM GRP EPS60E is a high quality reclaim manufactured from EPDM factory reject profiles. EPDM Reclaim is one of the most commonly used reclaim rubbers having both general-purpose and specialty applications. It is primarily used in automotive, construction, consumers and mechanical goods applications. The vulcanization properties of GRP EPDM Reclaim make it particularly suitable for a variety of EPDM Rubber products.EPDM Rubber is M-class synthetic Rubber. EPDM stands for ethylene propylene diene monomer (M-class) rubber. EPDM rubber is a terpolymer of ethylene, propylene, and a diene-component. Generally, ethylene content is around 45% to 85% in EPDM Rubber. Higher ethylene content gives the higher the loading possibilities of the polymer, better mixing, and extrusion. The key properties of EPDM are its outstanding heat, ozone, and weather resistance. EPDM rubber have excellent electrical insulating properties. EPDM rubber have also very good resistance to polar substances and steam.

GRP BUTYL RECLAIM GRP BRI75 is made from used butyl tubes. When incorporated in recipe provides faster mixing & extrusion, reduced power consumption. It is best suited for inner tubes, tire inner liner, adhesives, cable compound. Butyl rubber is a synthetic rubber, a copolymer of isobutylene with isoprene. Generally it’s called as IIR. It stands for isobutylene isoprene rubber. Butyl rubber is impermeable to air and used in many applications requiring an airtight rubber. The first major applications of butyl rubber are tire inner tubes and Inner Liner. Some other applications are adhesives, bladders, sealants and chewing gum.
