Flytac 103 - 90 is a slightly yellow, transparent solid made from gum rosin through esterification with glycerol. This product has a high viscosity, low VOC, excellent heat and aging stability, excellent polymer compatibility, etc. Typical Uses EVA, SBS, SIS, and other hot melt adhesives due to their stability and excellent polymer compatibility. It can also be used in construction adhesives, rubber compounding, sealants, coatings, and other applications.

Dragonox® 168 is a highly effective phosphite antioxidant. It acts as a secondary antioxidant and can be blended with several kinds of primary antioxidants. During processing, this product reacts with hydroperoxides formed by the autoxidation of polymers to improve the effective protection of the polymers' color.

Dragonox® 1098 can be widely used for nylon 6, nylon 66, PE, PP, PA, rubber, and so on. This product is non-discoloring and has low volatility, good extraction resistance in hot water, and a good synergistic effect with general antioxidants. The recommended use level for this product is 0.1－0.5%.

Dragonsorb® 622 is a hindered amine light stabilizer that can be used in polyethylene, polypropylene, polyurethane, POM, polyamide, and polyester elastomers. It can also be used in ABS and engineering plastics. This product is approved for food packaging in some countries.

Dragonsorb® 3630 is a UV absorber having maximum thermal stability and minimum volatility. Therefore, it can be used to stabilize polymers with high extrusion temperatures. Besides PA and PET, Dragonsorb® 3630 is especially suitable for stabilizing polycarbonates due to its good compatibility with the production process and excellent stabilizing effect.

Dragonox® CA is a highly effective phenolic antioxidant that is suitable for PP, PE, PVC, polyamide, ABS resin, polystyrene, and cellulosic plastics. This low-volatile substance has high thermal stability and does not decompose during high-temperature processing. It is non-polluting, non-coloring, and can significantly change the heat and oxygen resistance of products. Additionally, this product is used in polyolefin cable products, and it has a good synergistic effect with DLTDP, dstdp, and UV absorbers. The general dosage level of this product is 0.02 - 0.5%.

Flyadd® 2 is a highly effective clarifier for PP homopolymers and random copolymers.

Dragonsorb® 770 is a hindered amine light stabilizer used for anti-photooxidation aging of polyethylene, polypropylene, and polystyrene products. It also has a good effect on ABS resin, polyurethane, polyester, and other plastics. This product provides good light stability on plastic moldings, even when used in small quantities. When working with antioxidants, it improves heat resistance, and when mixed with other UV absorbers, it provides greater UV resistance.

Dragonox® 626 is a kind of highly effective solid phosphite ester antioxidant. It is often blended with phenolic principal antioxidants (such as AO-1010) to prepare composite antioxidants that improve the thermostability of polymer processing. It is widely applied in PE, PP, PS, PA, PC, ABS, and many other polymer materials. The general dosage of this product is 0.1 - 0.3%.

Dragonox® TPP is an auxiliary antioxidant that is suitable for PVC, polystyrene, polypropylene, and ABS resins and should not be more than 3%. This light yellow transparent liquid has a freezing point of 19 - 24°C and a boiling point of 220°C. It is soluble in alcohol, benzene, and acetone.

Dragonsorb® 765 is a UV absorber and light stabilizer that is mainly used for polyethylenes (PE), polypropylenes (PP), polyesters, and coatings.

Dragonox® TBM6 functions as a synergist and primary antioxidant. This product belongs to a thiobisphenol antioxidant with high performance and no staining. It is especially used in crosslinked polyethylene and colophony resin. It has good synergistic effects if the product cooperates with dilauryl thiodipropionate (or distearyl thiodipropionate). This product has low toxicity, so it is permitted for use in food-contacting plastic products.

Dragonox® 1076 is a phenolic primary antioxidant used for processing and long-term thermal stabilization. This product has good heat resistance and water extraction performance. It can be applied to polyolefins, such as polyethylene, polypropylene, and polybutene-1, as well as to other polymers, such as engineering plastics, styrene homo- and copolymers, polyurethanes, elastomers, adhesives, and other organic substrates.

Dragonsorb® 120 is a sterically hindered hydroxybenzoate UV absorber, which converts UV radiation into heat energy through reversible chemical rearrangement. When compared to benzotriazole UV absorbers, it can provide excellent initial color and has a synergistic effect with hindered amine light stabilizer. It can be used with a hindered phenol antioxidant, a phosphite antioxidant, and a hindered amine light stabilizer at the same time to improve the weatherability of outdoor products. It can also be used simultaneously with benzotriazole UV absorbers to improve the weatherability of products, such as TPO car bumpers. The recommended use level of this product in PP, PE, TPO, PVC, EVA, unsaturated polyester, and ABS is 0.20 - 1.0%.

Dragonsorb® 783 has good compatibility, processing thermal stability, oil resistance, water resistance, and extraction resistance. This product reflects the mechanisms of various light stabilizers and has the best synergistic and complementary effect. It can be used for food packaging and is mainly used for PE agricultural film, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyurethane, polyamide, and polyester elastomers. This product can also be used in ABS and engineering plastics.

Dragonsorb® 2908 is a highly effective UV absorber for polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene.

Dragonox® PS802 is an effective stabilizer in polyolefins, especially in polypropylene and HDPE. They are usually used in combination with phenolic antioxidants to enhance aging stability and photostability. In most cases, the additive effect is better than the main antioxidant alone, and the initial color of the material will also be improved. It is especially suitable for the stability of high-impact polystyrene and ABS resin. This product also improves the use effect of phenolic antioxidants. Additionally, it can be used in animal and vegetable oils, fats, paraffin, soap, and other organic compounds.

Dragonsorb® 123 is a light stabilizer with low alkalinity. It is widely used in acrylic resin, polyurethane, sealant, adhesive, rubber, TPE and TPO blends, PVC, polystyrene, polypropylene, and other unsaturated resins. Additionally, as this product reacts in a cross-chain with other ingredients in the paint formula, it is especially recommended for the paint. It has excellent resistance to acid, flame retardant, sulfur, and catalyst residue.

Flyadd® 127 functions as an optical brightener. This light yellow powder is used as a good whitening agent for various kinds of plastics and their products, especially on products of plastics such as polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and polystyrenes (PS).

Dragonox® 1024 is a primary antioxidant that is characteristic of non-discoloring. This product has a good synergy with general antioxidants and is mainly used in wire and cable insulation. It can be widely used for PE, PP, PA, and so on.

Dragonox® B561 is an antioxidant that has good water resistance, good color protection for resin, and a good synergistic effect with various light stabilizers. It is widely used in polyolefin (PP, PE), PBT, PEF, PVC, polyamide, polycarbonate, ABS resin, etc.

Dragonox® 425 is a highly effective antioxidant used in synthetic resins such as ABS resin, polyethylene, and polypropylene. This product can also be used for light-colored rubber. It provides high anti-oxidation performance, thermal stability, and ultraviolet light stabilization.

Dragonox® 1330 is used in polyolefins such as polyethylene, polypropylene, and polybutene for the stabilization of pipes, molded articles, wires, cables, dielectric films, etc. Furthermore, it is applied to other polymers, such as engineering plastics like linear polyesters, polyamides, and styrene homo- and copolymers. This product may also be used in PVC, polyurethanes, elastomers, adhesives, and other organic substrates.

Dragonox® B215 is a good synergistic blend of Dragonox® 1010 and Dragonox® 168. This product can retard the heated degradation and oxidative degradation of polymeric substances during processing and in end applications. It can be widely used for PE, PP, PC, ABS resin, and other petro products.

Flytac 191’s is obtained by hydrogenating cracked C5 to achieve high-quality, multi-purpose, water-white thermoplastic hydrocarbon resin. This C5 hydrogenated hydrocarbon resin is mainly used for hot melt adhesives, and hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive tackifiers. It has good thermal stability, low odor, and good compatibility with SIS, APAO, etc.

Dragonox® PS800 is an effective stabilizer for polyolefins, especially polypropylene and HDPE. Generally, they are mixed with phenolic antioxidants, which can enhance aging stability, light stability, and improve the initial color. It is especially suitable for the stability of high-impact polystyrene and ABS resin. It can also be used in animal and vegetable oils, fats, paraffin, soap, and other organic compounds.

Flyadd® OB is used for whitening thermoplastic plastics, PVC, PS, PE, PP, ABS, acetate fiber, paint, coating, printing ink, etc. It can be added at any stage during the polymer whitening process to give the finished products a bright bluish-white glaze.

Dragonsorb® 328 is an excellent ultraviolet absorbent with a UVmax of 345nm. It has good polymer solubility and low volatility and is mainly used for PE, PP, PS, PVC, polyester, ABS, and so on. This pale yellowish powder has a melting point of 81°C and is soluble in benzene, toluene, ethyl acetate, and petroleum ether; slightly soluble in ethyl alcohol and methyl alcohol; and insoluble in water.

Dragonsorb® 329 is an effective anti-aging agent with excellent performance. It is soluble in benzene, styrene, and ethyl acetate, slightly soluble in ethanol, and insoluble in water. This substance can absorb UV light of 270 - 340nm and is widely used in PE, PVC, PP, PS, PC, polypropylene fiber, ABS resin, epoxy resin, resin fiber, and vinyl acetate. It can also be used in plastic containers, food packaging boxes, and other packaging materials, providing them with a good light stability effect. The recommended dosage is 0.1% - 0.5%, and for thick products, it is 0.05 - 0.2%.

Dragonsorb® 3853PP5 is a UV absorber that is mainly used for the following applications: Polyethylene (PE): Flat wire, injection molding, and roll molding products. Polypropylene (PP): Flat wire, film, injection molding products, TPO, polyolefin alloy, hips, ABS, and ASA.

Dragonsorb® 3853S functions as a UV absorber. This white or off-white granulated product finds application in the manufacture of PE tapes, injection moldings, sheets, metallocene, PP films, tapes, fibers, TPO polyacetals, ASA, ABS, and HIPS.

Dragonsorb® 1084 is mainly used in polyethylene greenhouse films and agricultural films. It has strong compatibility with polyolefin products, and when used in polyethylene agricultural films and polypropylene artificial turfs, it has high stability. This product has high pesticide and acid resistance and is widely used in polypropylene, polyethylene fiber, artificial turf, and other fields. Additionally, it can be used with other forms of stabilizers, especially UV absorbers.

Dragonox® B900 is a compound of Dragonox® 1076 and Dragonox® 168. It is soluble in benzene, cyclohexane, ethyl acetate, and other organic solvents but insoluble in water. This compound has outstanding processing stability for polyolefins and provides long-term protection for products. Through the synergistic effect of Dragonox® 1076 and Dragonox® 168, it can effectively inhibit the thermal and oxidative degradation of polymers and is widely used in polyethylene, polypropylene, polycarbonate, nylon, ABS resin, and other petrochemical products. The general dosage level of this product is 0.1 - 0.8%.

Dragonsorb® 944 imparts excellent light stability in polyolefins (PP, PE, and PVC), PA, polyacetals, and polyester. This product shows excellent compatibility and high resistance to extraction. When used with other HALS, it has an excellent synergistic effect. In addition, it can be used in food packaging materials. HALS944 is now one of the most advanced HALS that is widely used both at home and abroad. 

Flyadd® B1 is a high-performance β-type nucleator tor polyolefin. It can improve the impact strength and porosity of PP materials. This product is suitable for household appliances, PPR pipes, automobile bumpers, accumulator tanks, batteries, micropore PP fibers, ventilated packaging membranes, lithium battery diaphragms, etc.

Dragonsorb® 3529 is a highly effective light stabilizer. It is suitable for PE films, PP films, and other plastics used as non-food consumer packaging.
