Dragonsorb® 320 is a highly effective light stabilizer that features strong UV absorption, low volatility, and excellent compatibility with a variety of substrates. It protects polymers as well as organic pigments from UV radiation, which helps preserve the original appearance and physical integrity of molded articles, films, sheets, and fibers during outdoor weathering. This product is slightly more discoloring than conventional UV absorbers. It can be used for a variety of plastics and other organic substrates, including unsaturated polyesters, PVC, and PVC plastisol. Additionally, good results are expected when this product is used in polycarbonates, polyurethanes, polyamides, and synthetic fibers, particularly those with a polyester, epoxy, or isocyanate resin base.

Dragonox® 168 is a highly effective phosphite antioxidant. It acts as a secondary antioxidant and can be blended with several kinds of primary antioxidants. During processing, this product reacts with hydroperoxides formed by the autoxidation of polymers to improve the effective protection of the polymers' color.

Dragonox® 1098 can be widely used for nylon 6, nylon 66, PE, PP, PA, rubber, and so on. This product is non-discoloring and has low volatility, good extraction resistance in hot water, and a good synergistic effect with general antioxidants. The recommended use level for this product is 0.1－0.5%.

Dragonox® P-EPQ is a phosphite antioxidant with high hydrolytic stability. As an auxiliary antioxidant, this product can react with hydroperoxides generated during the polymer automatic oxidation process, thus preventing the degradation caused by processing and acting synergistically with the main antioxidant.

Dragonox® 1790 is a hindered phenolic antioxidant that is used for organic substrates. It is odorless, highly efficient, stable to light, and has excellent color retention. This product has low volatility, high resistance to extraction, and good compatibility with most substrates.

Dragonbural Polyvinyl Butyral (B-10 grade) is a high-quality PVB resin, which can be used widely in industries. Its main application has been in the paper printing ink, glue metal protection primer, badminton, ceramic color paper, aluminum foil adhesive, electronic ceramic, fiber treating agents, and cellulose sponges.

Dragonpovol Polyvinyl Alcohol (26-98G Grade) is a normal band of the PVA family, which can generally be used as an equivalent for BF-24E, and PVA-124, some benchmark bands in the market. It has been widely used as a sizing agent in paper manufacturing, a warp sizing agent in textiles, and as a raw material for PVA panels or PVA thin films. This product can also be used in adhesives, paints, and coatings.

Dragonsorb® 81 is a benzophenone-type UV absorber that is widely used in polyolefin and other polymers such as plasticized PVC and rubber products. It is mainly used in LDPE and LLDPE agricultural films, EVA copolymers, and HDPE injection products, such as turnover boxes, to slow down the degradation of products caused by exposure to sunlight. At the same time, it can be used as a UV shielding agent to protect the contents of industrial products and consumer packaging materials. In addition, it can have a synergistic effect with antioxidants and light stabilizers.

Dragonsorb® 622 is a hindered amine light stabilizer that can be used in polyethylene, polypropylene, polyurethane, POM, polyamide, and polyester elastomers. It can also be used in ABS and engineering plastics. This product is approved for food packaging in some countries.

Dragonbural Polyvinyl Butyral (B-40 grade) is a high-quality PVB resin, which can be used widely in industries. Dragonsorb® 3030 is a UV absorber having maximal thermal stability and minimal volatility. Therefore, it can be used to stabilize polymers with high extrusion temperatures. Besides PA and PET, Dragonsorb® 3030 is especially suitable for stabilizing polycarbonates due to its good compatibility with the production process and excellent stabilizing effect.

Dragonox® 697 functions as an antioxidant.

Flyadd® KSN functions as an optical brightener. This yellowish-green crystal powder is used as a good whitening agent for polyester fibers and plastics, polyamide polyacrylonitrile fibers, film, and plastic pressing & injection process. It is insoluble in water, but soluble in ordinary organic solvents.

Dragonox® 245 is a highly effective asymmetric hindered phenol antioxidant with high antioxidant efficiency, low volatility, good oxidation resistance, and good coloring performance. It has a significant synergistic effect with auxiliary antioxidants (such as thioester, phosphite, etc.) and can be used with light stabilizers to give excellent weather resistance to products. This substance is mainly used during polymer processing and for long-term heat stabilization of hips, ABS, MBS, other styrene polymers, POM, PA, PUR, PVC, and thermoplastic polyester. It can be used as an effective chain terminator in the polymerization process of PVC and can be added to the monomers of polystyrene and PVC without affecting the polymerization reaction.

Dragonpovol Polyvinyl Alcohol (20-88 Grade) is a normal band of the PVA family, which can generally be used as an equivalent for BP-20, PVA-220, and GH-17, some famous bands in the market. It has been widely used as a glue & adhesive in construction, paper manufacturing as well as other industries for binding materials. It can also be used as a surface sizing agent in textiles, because of its good ability to form a membrane on the textile surface. Due to the active -OH and -COOR groups in the chemical structure, it can reduce the surface tension of water solution to a large extent, which in return can be used as a dispersant in PVC suspension polymerization production.

Flyadd® 2-phenylamino-3-methyl-6-dibutylaminofluorane is a typical color developer used for thermal and carbonless paper in the paper and pulp industry.

Dragonox® CA is a highly effective phenolic antioxidant that is suitable for PP, PE, PVC, polyamide, ABS resin, polystyrene, and cellulosic plastics. This low-volatile substance has high thermal stability and does not decompose during high-temperature processing. It is non-polluting, non-coloring, and can significantly change the heat and oxygen resistance of products. Additionally, this product is used in polyolefin cable products, and it has a good synergistic effect with DLTDP, dstdp, and UV absorbers. The general dosage level of this product is 0.02 - 0.5%.

Dragonox® 2246 is an antioxidant that is widely used in natural rubber, synthetic rubber, latex, a variety of synthetic materials, and other petroleum products.

Dragonpovol Polyvinyl Alcohol (04-99 Grade) is a normal band of the PVA family, which can generally be used as an equivalent for BF-04, PVA-105, and NL-05, some famous bands in the market. Its main application has been in textile manufacturing. It is used as a warp-sizing agent, fabric-processing resin, and as paper surface-treating resin to elevate the bonding strength of paper.

Dragonsorb® 770 is a hindered amine light stabilizer used for anti-photooxidation aging of polyethylene, polypropylene, and polystyrene products. It also has a good effect on ABS resin, polyurethane, polyester, and other plastics. This product provides good light stability on plastic moldings, even when used in small quantities. When working with antioxidants, it improves heat resistance, and when mixed with other UV absorbers, it provides greater UV resistance.

Dragonox® ODA is a compound mainly used for synthesizing rubber antioxidants, dyes, medicine intermediates, lubricating oil antioxidants, and gunpowder stabilizers.

Dragonox® 626 is a kind of highly effective solid phosphite ester antioxidant. It is often blended with phenolic principal antioxidants (such as AO-1010) to prepare composite antioxidants that improve the thermostability of polymer processing. It is widely applied in PE, PP, PS, PA, PC, ABS, and many other polymer materials. The general dosage of this product is 0.1 - 0.3%.

Dragonpovol Polyvinyl Alcohol (17-99 Grade) is a normal band of the PVA family, which can generally be used as an equivalent for BF-17, PVA-117, and N-300, some famous bands in the market. It has been widely used as a glue & adhesive in construction, paper manufacturing as well as other industries for binding materials. It can also be used as a surface sizing agent in textiles, because of the low surface tension it may induce between two phases. Due to the active -OH groups in the chemical structure, it can be used as a modifier for Urea melamine resins which is a typical binder for plywood by aldol condensation between -OH and aldehydes.

Dragonox® 1035 is the world’s most widely used antioxidant for PE and XLPE wires and cable resins. It provides efficient processing stabilization, long-term thermal stability, excellent system compatibility, and low color. Compared with other wire and cable base stabilization antioxidants, Dragonox® 1035 offers better heat stability and is less likely to exude.

Flyadd® 201 is a non-phenolic color developer used in the production of thermal papers. This white powder is a good alternative for traditional color developers such as Bisphenol A and Bisphenol S.

Dragonox® TBM6 functions as a synergist and primary antioxidant. This product belongs to a thiobisphenol antioxidant with high performance and no staining. It is especially used in crosslinked polyethylene and colophony resin. It has good synergistic effects if the product cooperates with dilauryl thiodipropionate (or distearyl thiodipropionate). This product has low toxicity, so it is permitted for use in food-contacting plastic products.

Dragonox® 565GR is a high-molecular-weight, multifunctional, hindered phenol antioxidant. It is mainly suitable for the stable processing of unsaturated rubber after processing, which can ensure that the material does not undergo thermal oxidative degradation during production, processing, and end-use. The added amount of this product is small, has low volatility and high color fastness, and can prevent the formation of gel.

Dragonox® 1076 is a phenolic primary antioxidant used for processing and long-term thermal stabilization. This product has good heat resistance and water extraction performance. It can be applied to polyolefins, such as polyethylene, polypropylene, and polybutene-1, as well as to other polymers, such as engineering plastics, styrene homo- and copolymers, polyurethanes, elastomers, adhesives, and other organic substrates.

Dragonox® 1425 is a high-molecular-weight phenolic antioxidant containing phosphorus. This product is a highly efficient, non-discoloring stabilizer for organic substrates such as plastics, synthetic fibers, elastomers, adhesives, waxes, oils, and fats. It protects these substrates against thermo-oxidative degradation. This product is odorless, stable to light, and has excellent color retention. It has good compatibility with most substrates and high resistance to extraction.
