Gulf Ferro Alloys Ferro Vanadium C is produced using an Aluminothermic process using flux such as calcium oxide or calcium fluoride plus aluminum , V2O5, and iron scrap. Other processes used to produce ferrovanadium include electro-aluminothermic, aluminothermic and electro-silicothermic.

Gulf Ferro Alloys Ferromanganese LC is used as deoxidiser, desulphuriser and degasser of steel, to eliminate nitrogen and other hazardous elements that are found at the first melting of iron. It also improves mechanical properties such as hardenability and abrasion resistance from special steels.

Gulf Ferro Alloys Ferro Titanium is an alloy produced from iron and titanium. In induction furnaces, titanium is melted with steel or iron. Ferro titanium has high corrosion resistance, high strength and low density. It is highly reactive with sulfur, carbon, oxygen, nitrogen to form insoluble compounds.

Gulf Ferro Alloys Ferro Molybdenum is produced using iron and molybdenum. It is a dynamic alloy and can be used in stainless steels and high strength low alloys. Ferro molybdenum improves wear and corrosion resistance, weldability and ferrite strength in steel and stainless steel.
