Low Temperature Silicone is a phenyl base compound to be used in products that will operate at temperatures below -55ºC. The compound can be used for molding and extrusion, offering very good resistance to temperatures as low as -100º.

Gumena LOW TEMPERATURE SILICONE

Fluorosilicone rubber is used when higher resistance to chemicals is needed. This material has better resistance to solvents, hydrocarbon fluids and petroleum products than silicone rubber.

Gumena FLOUROSILICONE

High Strength Silicone Rubber are formulated to have higher elongation and tear strength than the General Purpose. They can be used for molding, extrusion and calendering.

Gumena HIGH STRENGTH SILICONE RUBBER

High Temperature Silicone Compounds can be used at temperatures of up to 300ºC for short periods of time. It is not recommended for continuous operation. High temperatures affect the silicone causing an increase in hardness and brittleness. These compound can be used for molding, extrusion, calendering applications.

Gumena HIGH TEMPERATURE SILICONE RUBBER

General purpose silicone compounds are suitable for customers that need the technical advantage and good performance of silicone without the need of special formulation. General purpose silicone compounds can be used for extrusion, compression molding, injection molding and calendered applications. Regularly a post cure is recommended to enhance physical properties.

Non-Post Cure Silicone Rubber is a silicone compounds which are normally post cured to improve the physical properties of the finished products and to avoid the blooming of the volitiles of the peroxide. Non-post cure silicone compounds give you the flexibility of eliminating one step in your process.
