CBDa (cannabidiolic acid) is the acidic precursor of CBD. CBDa is one of the least-processed forms of hemp extract. This isolate mimics the active compounds found in fresh hemp more closely than CBD and is, therefore, more desirable to hemp connoisseurs that want a more complete spectrum included in their CBD products. Our CBDa isolate contains non-detectable amounts of THC.

GVB is one of a small number of companies that sell THC-free CBD winterized crude oil. CBD crude oil is the base product produced during the initial extraction of hemp material. GVB’s winterized crude typically ranges in CBD potency from 55% to 70%. Our extraction process allows us to maintain high levels of other cannabinoids as well, such as CBC, CBN, CBG, and CBD-V. Once the extraction process is complete, we send the crude CBD oil to post-processing where it is winterized and trace elements of THC are removed. Compliant Distillate and Full Spectrum Distillate are different names for the same underlying product. Full Spectrum CBD distillate contains all minor cannabinoids found in our broad spectrum distillate, along with a level of THC that meets federal guidelines (0.3% or less), which is why it is sometimes referred to as "compliant distillate". Full Spectrum Distillate is often used to create affordably-priced products and require low levels of THC that comply with federal regulations.

THC-free Broad Spectrum Distillate (BSD) is a highly refined, high-potency distillate containing 85%+ CBD along with such minor cannabinoids as CBC, CBG, and CBN. Ultra Broad Spectrum Distillate (USD) is a THC-free distillate with a wide range of cannabinoids, but a slightly lower ratio of minor cannabinoids to CBD compared to our Crystal Resistant Distillate (CRD). It is a new offering GVB has launched into the raw material cannabinoid market. Ultra Broad Spectrum Distillate provides a unique cannabinoid spectrum and is utilized in products where levels of minor cannabinoids are the focus of the product, but maintaining high CBD levels is key.

THC-Free CBN Distillate is the perfect product for making CBN infused products where a liquid phase CBN extract is desired, ultra-high potency is not a requisite and price point is key. Produced through a proprietary process CBN Distillate has all the benefits of CBN Isolate at a more affordable price point.

CBDv (Cannabidivarin acid) is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid found in hemp. CBDv Isolate is perfect for producing pure CBDv products or for infusing CBDv Isolate into other hemp cannabinoid formulations.

CBN-Free Distillate is a highly refined, high-potency THC and CBN free distillate containing 88%+ CBD along with such minor cannabinoids as CBC, CBG, and CBT. The CBN-free profile makes it perfect for markets where CBN is prohibited such as the UK and others. The minor cannabinoids make up 2 to 5% of the product.
