The white crystal sugar is ground, sorted on seeders. The sugar flour is stored in a container, before its packaging an anti-caking agent silica is dosed into the container up to 0.5%, the mixture is homogenized and the homogenized mixture of flour and silica is packed.

Chemical requirements for medical harmlesness sugar

According to Decree 305/2004 Coll. as amended, which lays down the types of contaminants and toxicologically relevant substances in foodstuffs, no maximum level is set for sugar / see also Commission Regulation / EC / 1881/2006 laying down maximum levels for certain contaminants in foodstuffs
According to Decree 4/2008 Coll. as amended, which lays down the types and conditions of use of additives and auxiliaries in food production permitted for sugar the maximum permitted amount of sulfur dioxide in the amount of max. 10 mg / kg and E551 max. 10000 mg / kg

Storage Condition and Durability
  • Storage conditions - Storage in accordance with Decree 76/2003 Coll. as amended for natural sweeteners. Sugar flour containing anti - caking agents shall be stored at a temperature not exceeding 30°C, relative humidity not more than 65%.
  • Minimum durability - Shelf life is not limited if storage conditions are observed
