    • The biggest advantage of Glycerol Monolaurate is "not a preservative, better than a preservative". Its antibacterial effect will not change due to pH changes, generally in the range of pH 4 ~ 8. GML has a wide antibacterial spectrum, with strong effects to common bacteria, mold, and yeast in food area, and also has the effect of inhibiting multiple viruses and protozoa. As a novel functional factor with enhanced immune function in food and health care product, Glycerol Monolaurate has broad application prospects, especially in the feed industry. α-GML has a significant inhibitory effect to the replication and spread of the virus,e.g. Blue Ear Disease and African Swine Fever. And adding to poultry feed will promote growth performance.

    • Meat, flavoring, bean products, flour products, bakery, filling and Spicy food, etc.
    Usage
    • Dissolve and disperse evenly in hot water of 70 ~ 80℃ or edible alcohol, then add and mix with other ingredients.
    Recommended dosage
    • Recommended dosage: 0.05~1.0g/kg.
