Sympoxy

A single component, heat-cured epoxy powder that is lightweight, flame retardant and easy to use. SYMPOXY™ 1960G is typically used for potting electrical components. It is ideal in applications where exothermic or curing temperatures above 85°C cannot be tolerated and where thermal expansion/contraction should not harm delicate components.

A clear amber, 100% solids, room temperature curing epoxy system with a convenient 1:1 mix ratio by volume. 1010-CA810 is great for electrical potting and encapsulating, industrial surface coating, wood surface coat and seal coat. This product cures to a hard, shiny, high gloss finish that is free from “amine blushing” under all humidity conditions.

A clear amber, 100% solids, room temperature curing epoxy system with a 2:1 mix ratio by volume. 1010-CA810 is great for electrical potting and encapsulating, industrial surface coating, wood surface coating and seal coating. This product has a high gloss finish, low viscosity, and good water/chemical resistance.

SYMPOXY 1225FR-CA561 is a filled, two component epoxy system that is pigmented black.

A black epoxy system with a convenient 1:1 mix ratio by volume. This product has excellent machinability, good impact strength, and cures overnight at room temperature. It has very low shrinkage making it ideal for prototypes, models, dies, and cast production parts.

A black, low viscosity, 100% solids epoxy system designed for maximum impregnation and flow. 506-CA803 is great for electrical potting and encapsulating, bonding and coating. This epoxy has high impact strength and exhibits excellent adhesion to metal materials.

A white epoxy system with a convenient 1:1 mix ratio by weight and volume. This product has excellent machinability, good impact strength, and cures overnight at room temperature. It has very low shrinkage making it ideal for prototypes, models, dies, and cast production parts.
