- Recommended Application Rates
- Specific recommendations for application rates to raise pH should be obtained from soil testing. The lifetime loading rate should not exceed 83 dry tons per acre. Excessive application of AgrowSil® or any liming agent can result in soil pH higher than desirable for plant growth. For Spreaders: Bulk Density is 93 lbs/ft³.
- AgrowSil® is not to be used as an animal feed additive. Harsco Minerals recommends waiting 30 days after application before allowing grazing.

Harsco Minerals guarantees that the AgrowSil® product characteristics listed above are verified to be in compliance at the time of production per each lot of AgrowSil®. AgrowSil® product is sampled as produced and is tested by an approved independent laboratory. Harsco Minerals cannot guarantee product characteristics (i.e. moisture, grain size) that are affected by long term storage or by improper care, handling, segregation, and storage by distributors or end users.

Store AgrowSil® in a dry place not in direct contact with ground water or surface water. Harsco Minerals recommends that AgrowSil® be applied within 30 days of purchase to avoid formation of clumps.
