Light bread types
- 30 - 45 g per liter bulk liquid
- 20 - 30 g per kg flour
Dark breads
- 20 - 30 g per liter bulk liquid
- 15 - 20 g per kg flour
- Aroma malt bran does not contain any diastase (enzyme) and can easily be dosed higher if a stronger browning, a stronger aroma or a nutritional enhancement of the baked goods is required. Negative effects on the fermentation process or the dough texture are not to be expected.
