  • Highly reactive hydroxy acrylic resin intended for crosslinking with isocyanate resins. It has a broad compatibility with similar acrylic resins.
  • Paints based on Domacryl 5187 70 BAc have good balance between hardness and flexibility with excellent mechanical properties, superior outdoor durability and solvent resistance.
  • Used for room temperature drying or forced drying of two-pack systems for automotive refinishing and industrial coatings.
  • Crosslinking with aliphatic isocyanates is recommended for the formulation of non-yellowing finishing.

Storage & Handling

Storage
The resin should be stored indoors in its original, unopened and undamaged container in a dry place at storage temperatures below 35 °C, for up to 12 months. Exposure to direct sunlight should be avoided.
