Technical Details & Test Data

Remarks
  • Low viscosity, fast curing methacrylate resin, used for permanent cold spray plastic road markings.
  • Markings based on Domacryl 940 are permanently elastic, weather resistant and resistant to abrasion, road salts and fuels.
  • Domacryl 940 contains paraffin which tends to float when stored for a long period of time at lower temperatures. Therefore, the binder must be homogenized before use by stirring.
  • Domacryl 940 is amine pre-activated.

Storage & Handling

Storage
The resin should be stored indoors in its original, unopened and undamaged container in a dry place at storage temperatures between 5 °C and 25 °C, for up to 6 months. Exposure to direct sunlight should be avoided.
