" Henan Kai Chemical Co., Ltd. (formerly Huaxian Chemical Plant) was founded in 1953. It is one of the country’s long-standing rubber additives manufacturers. With more than 60 years of business history and cultural heritage, it has always been in my country’s rubber industry. The tide of reforms in the additives industry. The company is a designated manufacturer of rubber additives by the former Ministry of Chemical Industry, a member unit of China Rubber Industry Association, and one of the drafting units of national standards for rubber additives. With 60,000 tons of additives and pre-dispersed masterbatch pellets, it is one of the earliest domestic manufacturers of rubber additives with a wide variety of products, a leading enterprise in rubber additives in Henan Province and a demonstration enterprise of energy-saving and emission-reduction technology innovation.

Kailun Chemical has been committed to the research and development and production of new, high-efficiency and environmentally friendly rubber additives and auxiliary additives for all-steel radial tires. The R&D center has domestic advanced equipment and experienced scientific research personnel, and has cooperated with many domestic and foreign scientific research institutions and universities. Established a close industry-university-research cooperation relationship, 9 research and development achievements have filled the domestic gap, 12 have been awarded at or above the provincial level, and 16 national patents have been obtained.

Henan Kailun Chemical DCBS (DZ) is Light yellow to light brown powder having relative density of 1.2. It is soluble in benzene, dichloromethane, carbon tetrachloride, insoluble in gasoline, acetone, ethyl acetate and ethanol and water.

Henan Kailun Chemical BLE is deep brown viscous liquid. Soluble in acetone, benzene and other organic solvents and does not dissolve in water.

Henan Kailun Chemical RUBBER VULCANISING AGENT DTDM is white or buff color crystallize (powder) having Specific gravity: 1.32-1.38. It is Nontoxic, Does not dissolve in water, micro-fat-soluble hydrocarbons, dissolves in hot ethanol, acetone and carbon tetrachloride and soluble in benzene.

Henan Kailun Chemical 6PPD(4020) is Dark brown to dark violet pastilles having relative density of 0.986-1.00. It is Soluble in benzene, acetone, ethyl acetate, toluene dichloromethane and slightly soluble in ether, does not dissolve in water. Provides powerful and antioxidant properties with excellent high temperature and flex resistance to rubber compounds.

Henan Kailun Chemical IPPD(4010NA) are Dark brown to purple brown granules, having density of 1.14 soluble oils, benzene, ethyl acetate , carbon disulphide and ethanol. It is gasoline south soluble, not water soluble. It Provides powerful and antioxidant properties with excellent high temperature and flex resistance to rubber compounds.

Henan Kailun Chemical ANTISCORCHING AGENT PVI(CTP) has specific gravity: 1.25--1.35. It is Soluble in acetone, benzene, toluol, diethyl ether, ethyl acetate, hot CCl4 and hot alcohol, slightly soluble in gasoline and insoluble in derosene and water.

Henan Kailun Chemical RD (TMQ) is pale yellow to amber thin powder . It is nontoxic, not soluble in water, soluble in benzene, chloroform, acetone and carbon disulphide. It has Micro-soluble petroleum hydrocarbons.
