"HiFi Industrial Film was founded in 1985 when a Dutch entrepreneur, with more than 20 years experience in Europe behind him, saw an opportunity to set up a specialized conversion and distribution operation in the UK. From small beginnings – one sheeting machine converting film for one customer – the company has evolved and expanded. Continual investment in plant, stocks and personnel has enabled us to offer a bespoke conversion service across a vast range of films. From our base in the UK, and through sales offices in Holland, France and Ireland, HiFi now supplies over 18,000,000m² of film every year to customers worldwide.

The HiFi name (from “High Fidelity”) is synonymous with quality and we have built a reputation for product, service and innovation which is second to none. HiFi Industrial Film PMX12C is a high clarity polyester film, treated on one surface to promote adhesion to most inks and coatings. The reverse side is uncoated polyester.

HiFi Industrial Film PMX727 is a sparkling, optically clear polyester film, with good handling properties. It is specially treated to give a slippery surface on one side and suitable for general applications where high transparency is important.

HiFi Industrial Film PMX749 is a high opacity white polyester film with a glossy satin finish and a pre-treatment on both surfaces to promote adhesion to many printing inks and industrial coatings. This product can be used as a base for pressure sensitive labels, security printing and pre-paid card, multiple use tickets and many other general printing applications.

HiFi Industrial Film PMX981 is a tough, general purpose, untreated polyester film with excellent handling characteristics which is suitable for many industrial applications. It has a hazy appearance and a rough surface to provide ease of handling and processability.

HiFi Industrial Film SRF122 is a moderate haze polyester film with a silicone coating on one surface. Along with high strength, flexibility and chemical resistance, it provides good dimensional stability and excellent slip over a wide temperature range. This product is suitable for many industrial applications that require a high performance release film. Because the silicone is highly cured, there is essentially no migration of the silicone to any adhesive which may be in contact with the film. This film is not permitted to be used in food or drug applications within the EU.

HiFi Industrial Film PMX980 is a general purpose, untreated polyester film. It has excellent handling characteristics with a hazy appearance. It can be used for a wide range of industrial applications.

HiFi Industrial Film MEX17C is a single-side metallised polyester film with a slightly hazy mirror finish. The non-metallised surface is specially treated to promote adhesion to most industrial inks and coatings.

HiFi Industrial Film SU320 Is a high clarity, high gloss, heat-stabilized polyester film manufactured by HiFi Industrial Film. It has an adhesion promoting pre-treat on both sides and is suitable for flexible circuits, membrane touch switch, specialized graphics and other applications where it is important to have the minimum level of shrinkage during processing.

HiFi Industrial Film PMX715 is a very clear, antistatic treated polyester film with modified surfaces. It has excellent handleability and its resistance to dust pickup makes it suitable for many graphics and industrial applications.

HiFi Industrial Film PMX176 is a biaxially oriented, slightly hazy polyester film , treated on one surface to give excellent adhesion to various inks and coatings. Typical ink systems used are vinyl and modified nitro-cellulose although printing trials are recommended to confirm ink suitability.
