High Desert Milk’s Milk Protein Concentrate is derived from ultra-filtration of fresh Grade A skim milk. It is naturally high in protein and low in lactose. The raw milk is fresh, sweet milk produced by rBST free healthy cows. Our Milk Protein Concentrate does not contain any added preservative, neutralizing agent, or other chemicals. This product is classified as a Dairy Allergen.
