- Product Benefits
This premixing has two advantages:
- First, the much lower viscosity compared to TACorr G50wb makes the blending and application much easier.
- Second, because of the easier blending the performance is better. The contained TACorr G50-50 is already emulsified perfectly, resulting in optimal efficacy of the corrosion protection.
Applications & Uses

- Use Level
- 0.2 % - 2.0 % (Detergent), 2.0 % - 10.0 % (Metal Working - Concentrates), 0.2 % - 1.0 % (Metal Working - Emulsion), 2.0 % - 8.0 % (Paints and Coatings) (Solid Content), Depends on specific surface (Pigments / Flakes), 1.0 % - 2.0 % (Temperature Protection)
- Fields of Applications
- Water borne paints & coatings.
- Metalworking, like water miscible lubricants or fully synthetic coolants.
- Pigments / flakes of any kind like alumina, zinc or phosphates.
- Temporary corrosion protection (transport or storage).
- Water borne detergents.
- Application and Indications For Use
- Because TACorr G50-50 is so easy and trouble-free to blend and to apply there are only a few constraints.
- The pH value for all applications should be alkaline. Depending on the viscosity and the water content of the intended product the blending of TACorr G50-50 has to be adjusted. An overall low viscosity and high water content is always favorable.
- For formulation please take into account that the water content is 50 % of TACorr G50-50.
- TACorr G50-50 has a solid content of approx. 50 % and contains no VOC.
