In response to California’s prospective ban on solvent based lacquers. The now popular “green” movement was heading our way. Over the years technological improvements evolved to the current Resisthane™ PLUS to make it a one of its kind, and continues to remain unprecedented. Its warmth and clarity to the grain or stain along with ease of use, versatility to apply, quick drying and rapid hardness development properties continue to be unrivaled. Equally important, Resisthane™ PLUS is a truly “green” technology formula product, with extremely low VOC, no hazardous air pollutants (HAP) or phthalates, and is chemically insensitive.
Magna-Shield® is another wonderful wood finish born roughly 35 years ago and continues to improve through innovations. It satisfies the need for a durable, “self-sealing” pre-cat lacquer with the ability for a high film build (more than four coats) without cracking or crazing six months down the road. Its unique chemistry also delivers blush resistance up to a relative humidity of 96% and a smooth finish straight from the gun.
EVERLAST™ Wood Finish and the Quick Drying Wood Grain Fillers are two equally extraordinary products. The latter being lacquer based, and now also available in water-based, able to seal and fill the grain quickly and economically on most tighter grain furniture and millwork fast and easy.
The EVERLAST™, an Eco-Smart™ interior/exterior wood finish, offers an unsurpassed durability to a polyurethane with the richness and beauty of a varnish and Tung-oil, yet without that obnoxious odor. Dries and cures 75% faster than Tung-oil and will not support spontaneous combustion. The EVERLAST™ GYMCOAT is an enhanced wood finish designed specifically for wood flooring. Both products are now the preferred choice by architects 9 to 1, whether furniture or flooring."

Albi Cote FRL-X is a water-based, co-polymer intumescent fireproofing coating, which provides excellent fire-retardant properties. Albi Cote FRL-X is odor-free and offers the advantages of easy application and cleanup. This durable fireretardant coating provides a serviceable, wash-resistant flat finish for a wide variety of interior applications. Designed for interior use, Albi Cote FRL-X is a quick drying special coating that reacts to flame or heat by expanding into a thick multicellular insulating blanket. This intumescent carbonaceous foam sharply limits the spread of flame and insulates the surface to which it is applied. It provides a decorative, washable and mar-resistant finish.

Albi Clad FP is a water-base intumescent thin film fireproofing material for protection to wood, sheetrock and other combustible substrates. This hard, durable, abrasion resistant product has a smooth, esthetic finish. Albi Clad FP is ideal for application in occupied areas or other locations where solvent-base fireproofing materials cannot be used. Because of its water-base formulation Albi Clad FP is fully compliant with EPA VOC limits and regulations.

Albi Cote IB s a proprietary, water based, 1-part, non-flammable, intumescing coating complying with AC 377 ICC ES for interior use. This coating expands up to 2000% and provides oxygen starvation when in contact with fire. This barrier coating / ignition barrier comes in both insulating and fire extinguishing versions and is a non-toxic, drain safe, no fuming, water-based coating. Albi Cote IB has low-viscosity for ease of application.

Albi Clad TF is a water-base intumescent thin film fireproofing material for use wherever interior fireproofing will be exposed to view or be subject to potential damage from external sources. This hard, durable, abrasion resistant product has a smooth, esthetic finish. Albi Clad TF is ideal for application in occupied areas or other locations where solventbase fireproofing materials cannot be used.

Albi Clad 800 is an intumescent mastic coating applied to structural steel, concrete and other construction materials for the purposes of fire protection. Albi Clad 800 carries a wide range of UL listings for interior and exterior uses under both the E-119 and the UL 1709 High Rise Hydrocarbon test criteria.

Albi Cote TB B is a water-based, single-component, non-flammable, intumescent, interior coating designed to expand in the event of a fire to provide a protective layer of char that could starve fire of oxygen and prevent flame contact with protected surfaces. It is a non-toxic, drain-safe and nonfuming product. Albi Cote TB has low-viscosity for ease of application and can be top coated with latex paint. Consult your Albi representative for details.
