Huangshan Huahui Technology Indoor Matting Agent HM3327 is a matting agent based on acrylate resin, mainly used in epoxy/polyester system to achieve coatings with gloss levels ranging from 5% to 70%. Compared with chemical reaction matting agent, HM3327 has better anti-yellowing and leveling properties bringing finer apperance.

    Application and Pertormance
    • In the production of hybrid powder coating, there is no obviously special selection requirement for polyester resin. Almost all 50/50, 60/40 polyester resins are well suited and the film obtained is good in leveling and mechanical properties.
    •  HM3327 is wax-free matting agent. It won't influence the recoating and transferring print properties.
    • The dosage ranges from 1-5% by weight of total formulation depending on the gloss needed. Mix with other ingredients in high speed mixer, and then extrude by extruder.
    •  It would consume some Epoxy resin E-12 when using HM3327: one unit of HM3327 would consume two units of E-12.
