Huangshan Huahui Technology Indoor Matting Agent HM3328 is a physical matting agent based on polymer resin, mainly used in epoxy/polyester system. It can achieve matting gloss as low as 6%. Compared with chemical reaction matting agent, HM3328 has better anti-yellowing and leveling properties bringing finer appearance.

    Application and Pertormance
    • In the production of hybrid powder coating, there is no obviously special selection requirement for polyester resin. Almost all 50/50, 60/40 polyester resins are well suited and the film obtained is good in leveling and mechanical properties.
    • HM3328 is wax-free matting agent. It won't influence the recoating and transfering print properties.
    • The dosage ranges from 1-5% by weight of total formulation depending on the gloss needed. Mix with other ingredients in high speed mixer, and then extrude by extruder.
