Homestead Feeds are most often used by producers growing beef for a niche market. Homestead Feeds contain:
- No Added Antibiotics
- No Added Growth Promotants
- No Added Rendered Animal Proteins
Homestead Beef Supplements NAB NAP are nutrient dense products formulated to provide optimal performance. This nutrient dense program contains high levels of protein to ensure growth; and heavy fortification of calcium and potassium to support that growth. Homestead Beef Supplements are a high density product and should be compared on a dollars per unit of nutrient basis.
Zinc Proteinate
Organic zinc is widely recognized for its effect on hoof integrity and is used to help reduce foot problems in cattle.
Iodine
Homestead Beef Supplements contain an organic form of iodine (EDDI) shown to support hoof health.
Yeast
Yeast Culture Concentrate is included in the Homestead Beef Supplements to promote feed intake and feed conversion.
Selenium Yeast
Selenium is added in its natural form. It contains the same range of selenocompounds present in plants — the forms animals are best able to absorb, store, and utilize. Cattle need selenium for disease defense.Vitamin E
Formulated with Vitamin E to promote an increased shelf life of processed meat product and optimize immune response.

Thoroughly mix Homestead Beef Supplement NAB NAP with grain and roughage. The normal feeding rate of Homestead Beef Supplement NAB NAP is 1.25 pounds per head daily. Make ration changes gradually. A constant supply of clean, fresh drinking water is necessary for optimum results.
