    Application

    The plastic woven bag is made of polypropylene (PP) as the main raw material, which is extruded and stretched into flat filament, then woven and made into bag. The color of woven bag is generally white or gray white, non-toxic and tasteless, and generally harmless to human body. Although it is made of various chemical plastics, its environmental friendly, and its recyclable.

    Woven bags are widely used as package of industrial and agricultural products, or food package like rice and flour, or all kinds of traveling bags. The plastic woven is also widely used as cover in transportation and construction.

    Fluorescent whitening agent 393, also called OB-1, is a kind of optical brightener for woven bag, especially has good effect for woven bag use recycled material. The melting point of OB-1 is 353-359℃, can totally meet the temperature requirement of woven bag. It’s weather-ability is also very good, can improve the anti-aging ability of woven bag, to prevent the discoloring problem later. Only to add 200g OB-1 into 1mt of raw material, can get very bright white color woven bag.

    The primary package is 0.06mm thickness pharmaceutical grade PE bags, double liners. The secondary package is usually 25kg fiber drum with wooden lead and iron hoop. We can also customize package according to your requirements. We have experience on customizing 25kg cardboard cartoon, 10kg cardboard cartoon, 10kg fiber drum and 5kg small plastic bag in 25kgs drum.
