Formula 3000 is a high-strength structural adhesive that is intended to form strong permanent bonds to ceramic tile, steel, aluminum, and other substrates. The plural component system makes it simple to mix equal parts by weight or volume. Hudco Formula 3000 Resin and Hardener are made in contrasting colored thixotropic pastes that the user can easily monitor while blending into the final color. Its buttery viscosity has high "tack" properties that instantly wet substrates and keep HUDCO Formula 3000 in place during application.

Formula 4000 is a High-strength epoxy resins combined with alumina beads and silicon carbide give HUDCO Formula 4000 excellent wear resistance and a low-friction surface. HUDCO Formula 4000 was originally designed for quick repairs in worn chutes, impact plates, slurry pumps and lines, and other similar equipment. However, it has many other applications because it adheres to both metallic and non-metallic surfaces.

Repairs to worn equipment made with Formula 5000 have a much longer wear life than the original part.

HUDCO Formula 2000 adheres to all metals, concrete, wood, and some plastics and cures without shrinkage at room temperature. It also conforms to odd shapes and is simple to apply without any special skills.
