Silicone Elastomer Gel SiCare® 9906 is a mixture of ultra large molecular weight silicone cross-linked copolymer and macro molecular dimethiconol, in low viscosity dimethicone and cyclopentasiloxane. It feels quite soft and smooth with powdery texture and elasticity, can cover tiny wrinkles and make wrinkles instant visually disappear. Added in primers and foundations, it can greatly improve the spreadability of products, and make it easier to apply make-up looking more skin-fitting and natural. It is sebum-controlling, can lower the stickiness in formulas, improve the softness and smoothness, show matt effect. With those properties, it maintains products on skin surface for long time and further enhances the moisture retention.

Usage

SiCare-9906 should be added along with oil phase if needed in formulas. Be sure that SiCare-9906 is evenly dispersed in oil phase before the processing.
