- The dosage of EasyTens® S2 Pure depends on the perfume being introduced into a formulation and should be evaluated accordingly.
- It is advised to premix the perfume with EasyTens® S2 pure before adding water.
- The right dosage can be found by mixing the desired amount of perfume with EasyTens® S2 Pure starting with a ratio of 1:1 and subsequent addition of water.
- If the solution turns cloudy the concentration of solubiliser needs to be increased until a transparent solution is obtained.

EasyTens® S2 and EasyTens® S2 Pure show comparable performance to market standard PEG-solubilisers which is shown in figure 1 for some example perfumes and essential oils.

- Influence on the Viscosity of Formulations
Unlike market standard PEG-solubilisers which can drastically lower the viscosity of a basic surfactant blend EasyTens® S2 and EasyTens® S2 Pure have a low impact on the viscosity in concentrations of up to 1%. Comparable behavior is observed for EasyTens® S2 Pure.
