  • HYDRIOL® PGC.2 is a PEG-free thickener with refatting properties. The high substantivity and the skin smoothing effect allow an excellent skin feeling. It improves the foam properties in height and quality.
  • HYDRIOL® PGC.2 is not toxic neither skin irritating. It's ideal for the use in natural cosmetics.
  • HYDRIOL® PGC.2 is soluble in all known surfactant systems. It freezes at < 4°C and can be processed cold.

Product Applications

HYDRIOL® PGC.2 is used for the production of shampoos, foam bath products and liquid soaps. The dosage is between 1.5% - 3.5% depending on the desired viscosity.
