Hydro Balance Corporation INTERNAL COIL CLEANER - Directions For Use

  • Recover refrigerant according to EPA regulations.
  • Disconnect the compressor, expansion valve, accumulator, receiver, dryer, capillary tube and solenoid valves.
  • Circulate Internal Coil Cleaner for 15 to 20 minutes through each coil using a container, tubing and a hand pump. For
  • larger systems, use a larger container and circulating pump. Use approximately
  • 1 gallon per system ton.
  • Collect used cleaner and dispose of according to federal, state and local regulations.
  • Blow pressurized nitrogen through coils to remove remaining cleaner and accelerate evaporation.
  • Separately clean additional tubing, and clean or replace expansion valve, capillary tube, solenoid valve, accumulator and receiver.
  • Reconnect the system components and install new compressor and dryer. Evacuate system to 300 microns.
  • Recharge system.

Warning 

Combustible liquid (Flash point >175°F). For professional use only. Keep Out of Reach of Children. Harmful if swallowed. May be irritating to eyes and skin. Wear safety glasses, splash goggles, or face shield as appropriate. Avoid prolonged or repeated skin contact. If skin contact cannot be avoided, wear protective impervious gloves and clothing. First Aid

  • Eyes - Flush eyes immediately with water for a minimum of fifteen minutes holding eyelids open. If irritation persists, get prompt medical attention.
  • Skin - Wash skin thoroughly with soap and water. Remove contaminated clothing and launder before reuse. If irritation or rash develops, get medical attention.
  • Ingestion - Give several glasses of water and call a physician immediately. Do not induce vomiting except at the instruction of a physician. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.
  • Inhalation - Remove person to fresh air and consult a physician. If not breathing, give artificial respiration.
