ichemco Color Tape HM Avana 15 P

ichemco COLOR TAPE HM AVANA 15 P is a very efficient pigment masterbatch for coloring adhesive masses, either solvent or hot-melt based. No solvent is involved. It is free flowing and suitable for a continuous adhesive production process. The addition of COLOR TAPE HM AVANA 15 P to the adhesive does not modify the adhesive properties, including aging, and does not cause corrosion to the metal parts of production plants. Aspect: small pellets Type of pigments: inorganic (metal oxides) Pigment content: 80% minimum Other ingredients: dispersing agents, antioxidants, thermoplastic resins as binder.

In general, we racommended adding 6-8% on the dry content of the adhesive (approx 50-60% of a classical pigment paste variety). COLOR TAPE HM AVANA 15 P can be introduced directly into the mixer during any phase of the adhesive preparation. COLOR TAPE HM AVANA 15 P must be used in the same way as a solid resin.
