Handling

In general, we suggest to use 6-8% on the dry content of the adhesive (approx 50-60% of usual pigment pastes).
When used in solvent adhesives, COLOR TAPE HM BIANCO P74 can be introduced directly into the mixer, during any phase of the adhesive preparation, either manually or pneumatically. In the latter case, caution suggests to use inert gasses (like nitrogen or carbon dioxide) to avoid explosion hazard for metaloxides friction.
In case of need of a continuous COLOR TAPE HM BIANCO P74 add-on into a continuous screw extruder, you can disperse them in a mixer with solvent to 60-70% TS. By alternating the use of two containers, you can have a continuous feeding of the paste.
