- Handling
Quantity to apply depends on substrate porosity: from 3 to 5 g dry/sqm (on coated paper we suggest 3 g dry/sqm).
Methods: Meyer bar, Reverse Roll, Roto gravure, Air knife. The product can be either thickened (acrylic thickeners) or diluted. It is advised to heat the product for a few seconds at 150°C in order to achieve the highest properties of releasing and hydrophobicity.
However, results are good (but inferior) even at lower temperatures.
Aging properties are excellent.
