- Handling
Coating methods: Mayer bar, Reverse Roll, Roto-gravure, Air knife. The quantity to apply depends on the substrate porosity, normally ranging from 1 to 3 g dry/sqm.
The product can be either thickened (acrylic thickeners) or diluted (water). In order to obtain the highest releasing properties, we recommend to heat the product at 150°C for a few seconds.
A self-curing process is triggered after the drying. Aging properties of the film are excellent.- Storing
Keep material at temperatures between +5°C and +40°C; avoid direct sunlight/freezing. When stored for more than one month, it becomes necessary to stir the product slowly for 10 - 15 minutes before use.
