RELEASE WR 3612 is designed as a release agent for porous substrates, such as kraft paper, masking papers, non-wovens, fabrics, which have to be in contact with hot-melt and solvent-based adhesives.

Packaging

The product is supplied in iron drums (200 kg); IBC containers (1000 kg).

Storing

Store the material preferably at temperatures between +5°C and +40°C, avoid direct sunlight. During storage, the product tends to separate; it is necessary to stir for 10 - 15 minutes before use. Use within 9 months from production date (unopened and in the original packaging).

Quantity to apply depends on the porosity of the substrate; we suggest to dilute at about 12% and coat 1-2 g dry/sqm on saturated masking paper. Coating methods: Meyer bar, Roto gravure.
To achieve the highest release properties, we recommend to set the drying conditions at such a temperature that the paper reaches 120-130°C for a few seconds.
