LOPON® defoamers are highly effective solutions for interior and exterior emulsion paints and plasters, silicone resin paints, emulsion silicate paints and plasters, and adhesives. LOPON® E series defoamers are alternatives to silicone and mineral oil based products. HALOX® Corrosion Inhibitors are effective against flash rusting and in-can corrosion, though the benefits of using these products does not end there. Our HALOX® Corrosion Inhibitors are ideally suited for high gloss, thin film, and clear coat applications. They also provide superior synergy when used in combination with inorganic corrosion inhibitors in traditional coatings. To achieve desired performance of your resin system proper selection of HALOX® Inhibitors is essential.

HALOX® XTAIN® L-44 is a very effective liquid tannin stain-blocking additive that provides high performance and good compatibility in most water-based coating systems. Excellent tannin stain blocking properties can be achieved with HALOX® XTAIN® L-44 without the need for zinc oxide, which is required to achieve performance by most tannin blocking polymers on the market today. HALOX® XTAIN® L-44 eliminates the need for zinc oxide without sacrificing performance, resulting in improved package stability and shelf life of the coating system.

LOPON® PO is a light yellow, viscous liquid dispersing agent formulated for use in emulsion paints, varnishes, and pigment pastes. It enables improved scrubbing resistance and high gloss in emulsion varnishes and is especially suitable for tinting systems. LOPON® PO also ensures good storage stability for paints, ensuring the longevity of the final product.

HALOX® 550 is a liquid organic-inorganic sol-gel corrosion inhibitor designed for corrosion protection in thin film coatings such as water and solvent-based finishes, high gloss DTM, conventional primers, acrylic clear coats, fast-drying lacquers, wash primers, anti-fingerprint coatings, and conversion coatings. It also increases hydrophobicity and is pH stable, making it compatible with both waterborne and solventborne coatings.

POLYRON® 322 is a white powder dispersing agent designed for use in emulsion paints, plasters, and adhesives. When applied in combination with polyacrylates such as LOPON® DA 200, POLYRON® 322 improves the storage stability of the product. Its dispersing action also ensures an optimal particle size is rapidly achieved, enhancing the final product's quality.

TARGON® B 350 is a specialized retarder designed for gypsum formulations featuring Ca(OH)2. This industrial additive is ideal for situations demanding rapid setting, such as anhydrite floor screeds. With a focus on quick set time, TARGON® B 350 ensures efficient performance in both gypsum and floor screed applications.

HALOX® CW-314 is a heavy metal-free, non-toxic, anti-corrosive pigment designed for use in waterborne and solvent-borne protective coating systems. It is particularly suitable for systems where 21 CFR 175.300 approval or compliance with ANSI or NSF standards is required. HALOX® CW-314 is highly effective in improving the infrared (IR) reflectance and thermal emissivity of elastomeric roof coatings. It enhances the total solar reflectance (TSR) while maintaining dirt pick-up resistance (DPUR) and preventing mildew growth. It can be used alone or in combination with other non-toxic corrosion inhibitors and mineral pigments in the formulation of environmentally friendly specialty paints.

HALOX® SZP-391 is a white, nonrefractive, corrosion-inhibiting pigment that is highly efficient and versatile. It is recommended for use in a wide variety of resin systems, such as alkyds (both traditional and high solids), epoxies, latexes, water-reducible alkyds, high acid value resins, catalyzed baking systems, and vinylidene chloride latexes. Its fine particle size and low oil absorption make HALOX® SZP-391 the preferred pigment for thin-film applications (&lt;1 mil or 25 microns).

HALOX® RC-980 is an organic additive designed to convert red rust to black iron oxide. It can be used in slightly acidic waterborne vinyl or PVDC binders applied to rusted steel substrates. It converts the rust within minutes of the coating application and forms a black iron oxide barrier that can be further top-coated with water or solvent-based paints. It does not contain tannic acid, oxime chelates, phosphates, or phosphoric acid.

TARGON® FM is a processing aid employed as an auxiliary agent for cementitious leveling compounds. It constitutes a blend of sodium phosphate, hydroxypolycarboxylic acid, and a wetting agent. This product is particularly well-suited for ternary systems involving Portland cement, gypsum, and refractory cement.
