Esacure TZT is particularly indicated for the photo polymerisation of UV curable systems when high reactivity, low curing odor and low yellowing are required. The radical generation occurs via hydrogen abstraction by the action of a co-initiator such as tertiary amines.

Esacure A 198 is a polyfunctional high molecular weight amine. It is co-initiator that when combined with type II photoinitiators gives high speed cure in both clear and pigmented systems. It develops a very low level of odor and yellowing during and after curing. Due to its molecular structure it is particularly suitable for all systems where low migration and low extraction values are needed (food packaging).

Its molecule was suited to shift the absorption spectrum to longer wavelenght and to work perfectly with pigmented systems using conventional UV equipments. It shows a good performance with clear coatings too. Esacure KIP 160 is suitable for all systems where low VOC, low migration and low extraction values are needed.
