Omnistab IN 520 is an effective liquid polymerization inhibitor or storage stabilizer for photosensitive resins and monomers. It retards the self-polymerization of UV-coating and ink formulations during storage.

Omnirad 184 is a highly efficient non-yellowing photoinitiator used to initiate the photo polymerization of chemically unsaturated prepolymers – e.g., acrylates – in combination with mono- or multifunctional vinyl monomers.

Esacure ONE is a difunctional alpha-hydroxy ketone photoinitiator. It is a highly reactive difunctional photoinitiator particularly suitable for clear systems. Due to its molecular structure it is particularly suitable for all systems where low VOC, low migration and low extraction values are needed (food packaging).

Esacure A 198 is a polyfunctional high molecular weight amine. It is co-initiator that when combined with type II photoinitiators gives high speed cure in both clear and pigmented systems. It develops a very low level of odor and yellowing during and after curing. Due to its molecular structure it is particularly suitable for all systems where low migration and low extraction values are needed (food packaging).

Omnirad 819 is a versatile photoinitiator for radical polymerization of unsaturated resins upon UV light exposure. It is especially suitable for white pigmented Formulations, the curing of glass-fiber-reinforced polyester/styrene systems and for clear coats for outdoor use in combinations with light stabilizers. Thick section curing is also possible with this photoinitiator.

Esacure TZT is particularly indicated for the photo polymerisation of UV curable systems when high reactivity, low curing odor and low yellowing are required. The radical generation occurs via hydrogen abstraction by the action of a co-initiator such as tertiary amines.

Omnirad 500 is a highly effective liquid photoinitiator, used for UV-polymerisation of suitable resins. The low viscosity allows lower of the viscosity of the total formulation. Well suited for water-based formulation.

PHOTOMER® 5930 is a tetra functional amine modified polyether acrylate used in UV/EB applications.

Omnipol BL 728 is polymeric photoinitiator blend which contains a high concentration of Omnipol TX in a polymeric carrier. Due to the choice of the components this blend can be easily handled and stored at room temperature.

Omnipol TP is a highly efficient polymeric Type I photoinitiator, based on TPO-L. It is characterized by high reactivity and low odor. Its high molecular weight and low migration potential makes the product suitable for use in food packaging application. Due to its absorption spectrum, it is suitable for UV and LED lamps.

Omnistab OB is a fluorescent whitening agent for plastic, paint, ink and photographic paper. It is efficient and stable at high temperatures.

Omnirad 2100 is a highly efficient liquid curing agent to initiate radical polymerization of unsaturated resins after exposure to UV light such as those based on a prepolymer – e.g., acrylates and unsaturated polyesters – in combination with mono- or multifunctional monomers as reactive thinners. It is well suitable for formulations in which Omnirad TPO is used. Omnirad 2100 provides all the handling advantages of a liquid product. In thicker coatings Omnirad 2100 offers improved bottom curing compared with that of Omnirad TPO. It is especially suitable for white-pigmented formulations with minimal yellowing after curing and for coatings with low pigment volume concentration. Therefore Omnirad 2100 can be offered in almost all applications as a one-to-one replacement for Omnirad TPO with certain advantages.

Omnipol BP is a difunctional benzophenone photoinitiator specifically designed for use in inks and coatings requiring low migration and low volatility. It is particularly suited to use in combination with amine synergists and non-pigmented coatings as an alternative to benzophenone.

Omnirad 2022 is a highly efficient liquid curing agent that is used to initiate radical polymerization of unsaturated resins after exposure to UV light. Omnirad 2022 is the first choice for use in pigmented formulations of all colors, for curing of thick sections or for UV-stabilized clear coatings. Unsaturated resins that are particularly suitable are those based on a prepolymer – e.g., acrylates or unsaturated polyesters – in combination with mono- or multifunctional monomers as reactive diluents. Omnirad 2022 is a photoinitiator mixture with well-balanced surface and through cure.

PHOTOMER® 4356 is a tri-functional acrylated monomer which can be polymerised in the presence of free radicals. This monomer is typically designed for use in UV- and EB curable applications. PHOTOMER® 4356 offers high reactivity, high cross linking density and excellent scratch, abrasion water and chemical resistance and good heat resistance combined with low shrinkage properties and none yellowing properties

Omnirad ITX is a highly effective type II photoinitiator used, in combination with tertiary amine synergists to, initiate radical polymerization of unsaturated oligomers e.g. acrylates, after exposure to UV light. It can be used in combination with mono or multi functional monomers as reactive diluents.

PHOTOMER® 4250 is a 100% active, multifunctional amine acrylate. This product is primarily used in place of free amines. PHOTOMER® 4250 offers an excellent way to increase system cure speeds, while minimizing amine migration and ink burn-out.

Omnirad 2959 is a highly efficient non-yellowing Type I photoinitiator for the UV curing of systems comprising of unsaturated monomers and prepolymers. It is especially suited where low odor is required and for use in water-borne systems based on acrylate or unsaturated polyester resins. The active hydroxy group can be reacted with suitable functionalized unsaturated resins

Esacure KTO 46 is a stable liquid mixture of Trimethylbenzoyldiphenylphosphineoxide and - hydroxy ketones and Benzophenone derivatives.It is particularly indicated for the photopolymerisation of UV curable pigmented systems when high reactivity, low curing odor and low yellowing are required.

PHOTOMER® 4012 (IBOA) is a very low viscosity monofunctional acrylated monomer which can be polymerized in the presence of free radicals. It is typically used in UV and EB curable applications.

PHOTOMER® 6692 is a non-yellowing hexa-functional petia free and tin free aliphatic urethane acrylate with relatively low viscosity. It exhibits of excellent adhesion and scratch resistance.

Esacure KIP 150 is an oligomeric polyfunctional α-hydroxyketone characterized by high reactivity and non-yellowing properties. It is particularly recommended when low VOC, low odor and low yellowing are required characteristic.

PHOTOMER® 3016-40R is a moderate viscosity, non volatile, acrylic ester derived from a low molecular weight aromatic epoxy resin. The product exhibits very fast cure speed.

Omnivad 280 is a radically curable silicone acrylate utilized in a broad array of UV/EB curable coatings and printing inks. Omnivad 280 provides superior substrate wetting and surface slip by reducing the surface coefficient of friction. It enhances durable anti-mar and anti-blocking performance.

Omnipol TX is a difunctional thioxanthone photoinitiator specifically designed for use in inks requiring low migration and low volatility. It is particularly suited to use in offset printing inks as an alternative to Omnirad ITX (Isopropyl thioxanthone) in combination with other photoinitiators and amine synergists.

Omnirad BP Flakes is a highly effective Type II photoinitiator used to initiate radical polymerization of unsaturated oligomers e.g. acrylates after exposure to UV light.

PHOTOMER® 4141 (CTFA) is a low viscosity mono-functional acrylated monomer which can be polymerised in the presence of free radicals. This Cyclic Trimethylolpropane Formal Acrylate (CTFA) is typically used in UV and EB curable applications. PHOTOMER® 4141 offers good solvency and very good adhesion properties on metals and plastics.

PHOTOMER® 5028 is a tri functional chlorinated polyester acrylate diluted in 40% Photomer® 4094 (GPTA). It has been designed for use in UV/EB curable formulations for substrates such as wood, paper, plastic and metal. The product can aid adhesion to difficult substrates such as plastics.

Omnirad 907 is a highly efficient photoinitiator which is used to initiate the photo polymerization of unsaturated prepolymers, e.g., acrylates, in combination with mono- or multifunctional vinyl monomers.

Omnistab BP 12 UV light absorber is a derivative of 2 hydroxy benzophenone. It retards photo oxidative degradation and so helps prevent the discolouration and delamination of clear coatings.

Omnirad DETX is a highly effective Type II photoinitiator. In conjunction with tertiary amine synergists it is used to initiate radical polymerization of unsaturated oligomers e.g. acrylates, after exposure to UV light. It can be used in combination with mono or multi functional monomers as reactive diluents.

PHOTOMER® 4846 is a solution of an adhesion promoter resin dissolved in 1,6-Hexanediol Diacrylate. This clear, low viscosity resin solution imparts enhanced adhesion to various treated plastics and metals. It is also useful for increasing adhesion to metals and foil.

Omnirad 4PBZ is an effective Type II photoinitiator used to initiate radical polymerization of unsaturated oligomers e.g. acrylates after exposure to UV light.

PHOTOMER® 5429 is a low viscosity tetra functional polyester acrylate oligomer. When exposed to UV/EB radiation, this product cures rapidly and has good adhesion particularly to metal substrates. PHOTOMER® 5429 is recommended for use in UV/EB clear and pigmented systems.

Photomer® 3016 LT is a non-volatile, 100% bisphenol A type difunctional epoxy acrylate oligomer. The product is designed for use in UV/EB curing applications and exhibits fast cure speed, good solvent resistance and high gloss. It is characterized by its low irritancy and versatility.
