Omnirad 184 is a highly efficient non-yellowing photoinitiator used to initiate the photo polymerization of chemically unsaturated prepolymers – e.g., acrylates – in combination with mono- or multifunctional vinyl monomers.

Esacure TZT is particularly indicated for the photo polymerisation of UV curable systems when high reactivity, low curing odor and low yellowing are required. The radical generation occurs via hydrogen abstraction by the action of a co-initiator such as tertiary amines.

Omnirad 819 is a versatile photoinitiator for radical polymerization of unsaturated resins upon UV light exposure. It is especially suitable for white pigmented Formulations, the curing of glass-fiber-reinforced polyester/styrene systems and for clear coats for outdoor use in combinations with light stabilizers. Thick section curing is also possible with this photoinitiator.

Esacure KIP 150 is an oligomeric polyfunctional α-hydroxyketone characterized by high reactivity and non-yellowing properties. It is particularly recommended when low VOC, low odor and low yellowing are required characteristic.

Photomer® 3016 LT is a non-volatile, 100% bisphenol A type difunctional epoxy acrylate oligomer. The product is designed for use in UV/EB curing applications and exhibits fast cure speed, good solvent resistance and high gloss. It is characterized by its low irritancy and versatility.

PHOTOMER® 5429 is a low viscosity tetra functional polyester acrylate oligomer. When exposed to UV/EB radiation, this product cures rapidly and has good adhesion particularly to metal substrates. PHOTOMER® 5429 is recommended for use in UV/EB clear and pigmented systems.

PHOTOMER® 3016-40R is a moderate viscosity, non volatile, acrylic ester derived from a low molecular weight aromatic epoxy resin. The product exhibits very fast cure speed.

Photomer® 3016 is a high viscosity, non-volatile, di functional acrylate ester derived from a low molecular weight aromatic epoxy resin. The product exhibits fast cure speed, low odor and low skin irritancy. It is an excellent film former and contributes to unique performance properties typical of epoxy resins in UV/EB curable formulations.

Esacure KT 55 is a liquid mixture of Esacure TZT (50%) and Esacure KIP 150 (50%). IT is used in combination with a co initiator and is particularly suitable when high reactivity and low yellowing are required.

PHOTOMER® 6019 is a proprietary, non-yellowing aliphatic urethane oligomer developed for UV/EB curable systems. This medium viscosity acrylate resin exhibits good adhesion to flexible plastics, metal and glass. It is Recommended as a primary oligomer for secondary coatings in optical fibers, fiber-optic sensors and light pipes. Excellent weatherability, scratch, scuff and mar resistance are characteristics of this oligomer.

PHOTOMER® 4399 is a medium viscosity mixture of penta-acrylate and hexa-acrylate monomer for UV/EB curable coatings and inks on paper, foil, wood and plastic substrates. It imparts excellent abrasion and scratch resistance as well as fast cure response together with good water and chemical resistance when formulated into UV/EB curable applications.

Photomer® 8061 is a novel aliphatic monofunctional acrylate (TPGMEMA) of low skin irritancy, low viscosity, low surface tension and low odor. It exhibits good solvency and viscosity reducing characteristics with typical UV/EB curable oligomers and prepolymers.

Photomer® 4158 is a high molecular weight analog of ethoxylated TMPTA (Photomer® 4149). Because of its increased ethoxylate content, Photomer® 4158 exhibits greater hydrophilic characteristics than unmodified acrylate polyols and will provide an excellent starting point for developing water dispersible UV/EB curable inks and coatings.

PHOTOMER® 4808 is a low viscosity, monofunctional acrylated monomer/reactive diluent, for use in radical initiated UV radiation cured coatings, inks and adhesives. PHOTOMER® 4808 has a hydrophobic backbone and exhibits good flexibility and excellent adhesion on non-polar substrates.

PHOTOMER® 4017 (HDDA) is a low viscosity diluent for UV and EB radiation curable lacquers and pigmented coatings, used in paper and board coatings, wood finishes vinyl flooring and flexible vinyl.

PHOTOMER® 4226 (DPGDA) is an aliphatic difunctional acrylate of low viscosity used as diluent for UV and EB radiation curable formulations.

PHOTOMER® 6184 is a medium viscosity, nonvolatile, proprietary urethane acrylate oligomer blended with 20 % PHOTOMER® 4061 (TPGDA). This product exhibits good cure response and low odor. It is an excellent film former and contributes unique performance properties typical of urethane resins in UV/EB curable formulations.

PHOTOMER® 4771 is an amine modified diacrylate which exhibits moderate viscosity, low odor and excellent monomer/oligomer compatibility. This amine synergist will enhance the cure characteristics as well as adhesion properties when properly formulated with photosensitizing initiators such as benzophenone.

PHOTOMER® 4017 TF (HDDA) is a low viscosity diluent for UV and EB radiation curable lacquers and pigmented coatings, used in paper and board coatings, wood finishes vinyl flooring and flexible vinyl.

PHOTOMER® 3016-20D is a medium viscosity, non-volatile, difunctional epoxy acrylate oligomer derived from a lower molecular weight aromatic epoxy resin, which is then with 20% PHOTOMER® 4226 (DPGDA). The product is designed for use in UV/EB curing applications and exhibits fast cure speed, good solvent resistance and high gloss.

Photomer® 4061 TF is a difunctional acrylate of low viscosity, low odor and moderate skin irritancy. A reactive monomer with good cure response, it forms films that are pliable, hard and glossy.

PHOTOMER® 4094 (GPTA) is an aliphatic trifunctional acrylate of low viscosity, low skin irritancy and excellent reactivity. Designed for UV/EB curable systems, it produces films of high crosslink density which are more flexible than those of first generation monomers such as TMPTA without sacrificing cure speed.

PHOTOMER® 5662 is a tetra functional oligomer used in UV/EB curable systems. The product exhibits a medium viscosity. It gives a high crosslinking density with a high reactivity.

PHOTOMER® 4211 is a highly reactive monofunctional acrylate monomer, it can be used as a low viscosity diluent for ultraviolet radiation cured systems.

PHOTOMER® 4142 (THFA) is a low viscosity mono-functional acrylated monomer which can be polymerised in the presence of free radicals. It is typically used in UVand EB curable applications. Photomer 4142 offers good flexibility and toughness, low Tg and excellent solvency.

Esacure KIP 75 LT is a liquid mixture of Esacure KIP 150 (75%) and Tripropyleneglycoldiacrylate(25%). It is an oligomeric polyfunctional α-hydroxyketone characterized by high reactivity and non-yellowing properties. It is particularly recommended when low odor is a required characteristic.

Photomer® 4061 (TPGDA) is a difunctional acrylate of low viscosity, low odor and moderate skin irritancy. A reactive monomer with good cure response, it forms films that are flexible, hard and glossy. PHOTOMER® 4600 is a medium viscosity mixture of penta-acrylate and hexa-acrylate monomer for UV/EB curable coatings and inks on paper, foil, wood and plastic substrates. PHOTOMER® 6010 is a proprietary, non-yellowing aliphatic urethane developed for radiation curable systems. This premium oligomer of low viscosity eliminates the need to melt the oligomer prior to use. An excellent film former, it exhibits excellent light stability and weatherability for outdoor applications and outstanding haze, scratch and abrasion resistance.
