IGRECA S.A. Whole Egg Powder are fully dehydrated eggs. They are made using spray drying in the same way that powdered milk is made. The major advantages of powdered eggs over fresh eggs are the price, reduced weight per volume of whole egg equivalent, and the shelf life.

IGRECA S.A. Egg White Powder or albumen powder is dried, pasteurized egg albumen. It is shelf stable (does not need refrigeration). It replaces raw egg whites in recipes calling for uncooked or lightly cooked eggs such as frostings and meringue. Egg white powder is negative for salmonella bacteria.

IGRECA S.A. Egg Yolk Powder is made of spray dried pasteurized egg yolks. It is rich in lecithin and a good emulsifier. Dried egg yolks can be stored at room temperature as long as they are kept cool and dry.
