This Product is primarily designed for use in products containing animal or vegetable fats, margarine, cheese, snacks, spices and seasonings. It produces a yellowish- orange color depending on the product and the quantity used.
- Directions for use
It can be added to the food product while stirring. Heat mix up to 80°-90°C, according to the kind of application. After that, a filtering stage may be added (use media of less than 1 micron for filtering). Add citric acid until pH falls to the desired level.

The color is in full compliance with the specifications for identity and purity given by the JECFA, with the EU Regulation 231/2012/EC, with later amendments for E160b (i), and with existing legislation described in 21 CFR 73.30. The product itself is not a GMO and no GMO ingredient is contained in it or used during its production process. No GM labeling on the final food product is required.

- It should be protected from direct exposure to light and heat. Store in a cool (5°C - 15°C), dry and ventilated area in a tightly sealed container.
- If the product is stored under these conditions, it will maintain its properties up to 12 months from the date of manufacture.
