KLEER-O-SEAL™ should be used wherever quality sealing, concrete protection and low maintenance re desired. Provides a breathable hydrophobic sealer to all concrete and untreated masonry surfaces, good for all concrete, block, stone, brick, sidewalks, ramps, parking decks, stairs, and stucco.
- Application Instructions
- Existing Concrete & Masonry Surfaces - Clean all surfaces of foreign materials and test for absorption withdrops of water prior to application of KLEER-O-SEAL™. Power wash if necessary and allow to fully dry prior to application. On horizontal surfaces apply at rate of 200 SQ FT/GAL making sure there are no puddles on the surface. Apply at a rate of 200 - 250 SQ FT/GAL with low pressure sprayer .Can be rolled on brushed on as required. Flood vertical applications 6" down from application point working downward. Donot apply if weather is undesirable. Cover all shrubs, lawns, plants prior to coating. Protect glass, aluminum,asphalt or any coated surface. Allow to dry, open to traffic, only 1 coat is required.

Use the same precautions as when working with conventional concrete. Although the materials are non-toxic it is good practice to protect exposed skin areas and to wear a face mask to prevent inhalation of the aggregate particles. A small amount of ammonia gas is released during the cure, venting of indoor areas may be required in some applications, although this will present no problems outdoors. Neither of the components nor the mixed product are flammable.
Storage & Handling

- Store at 32ºF up to 90ºF.
- Do not dilute.
- Do not apply if rain is eminent.
- Do not puddle product.
- Avoid open flame on spark.
