Rubaloy RA - 4465 is a blend of specially selected polymers viz. Ultra high Acrylonitrile Butadiene Rubber (44% ACN Content) and pre-treated Poly Vinyl Chloride resin. This highly fuel resistant (Fuel 'A', 'B' and 'C') blend is an excellent replacement for conventionally used specialty Synthetic Rubbers. This grade is Pthalate free amd has improved flexibility as well as abrasion resistance. It has excellent color fastness and very low permeability; it has a low die swell property for Extrusions and Calendaring.

    Processing Characteristics
    • Rubaloy – 4465 is very easily processed on conventional rubber processing/compounding machines. Compounding cycle is quite short due to high filler and plasticizer absorption. Warm mixing mill/intermix is recommended for a quicker and better compound mix.

    • It is apt for high oil, fuel, Gasohol, sour gas, heat, ozone, weather aging and lead free petrol resistant applications. Lead-Free Petrol, Tubes and Hoses, Fuel 'C', Fuel 'D' and Gasohol resistance products, Application in Kerbside Hose, Tubings, Colored and Black products for Automobile Application for SAE-I specification products and other products requiring high Fuel 'C' resistance, oil, ozone, weather ability and abrasion resistance.
