Rubaloy RA - 703G is a non-staining, oil, ozone, abrasion, weather and flex resistant polymer using medium ACN (33%) content Acrylonitrile Butadiene Rubber and a special grade of Poly Vinyl Chloride Resin. This grade has improved extrusion rate, extrusion, molding and surface finish. Rubaloy-703G is Pthalate free.

    Processing Characteristics
    • Rubaloy – 703G is easily processible on conventional rubber processing/compounding machines. Very good filler and plasticizer absorption makes the compounding cycle quick, saving time and reducing cost. Warm mixing mill compounding is recommended for best results. Rubaloy–703G can easily withstand elevated compounding temperatures. Recommended plasticizers are DOP, DOA, DOS, DBP, TCR, CPO and other Aromatic Plasticizers. Paraffinic based softeners are not recommended.

    Curing
    • Sulfur or Peroxide curing systems to be used. NBR/PVC is slow curing hence a slightly high dosage of accelerators are recommended.
